Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented File Clerk/Office Assistant to join our team! Duties

Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and attention to detail
Perform data entry using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to ensure records are up-to-date
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately
Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, handling mail distribution, and managing office supplies
Proofread documents for clarity, accuracy, and proper formatting before distribution
Maintain office cleanliness and organization to promote a productive work environment
Offer customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries and providing helpful information in person or over the phone
