Full Job Description

Our Member Services team is central to delivering personalized financial solutions and supporting members through life’s journey. We seek detail-oriented, responsible individuals who are motivated to make a meaningful impact.

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Member Services Representative to support branch operations by assisting members with financial services and guiding them toward financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies
Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
Open and maintain member accounts; assist with online access setup
Resolve member issues professionally and maintain positive relationships
Support lending functions, including loan applications, documentation, and follow-ups
Analyze credit information to recommend appropriate financial products
Perform administrative and operational duties while adhering to company policies

Work Schedule:

Hours worked will typically be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional extended hours as needed. Our Branch is open for a partial day on Saturday's, and all applicants must be available to work 1-2 Saturday's per month. The Saturday schedule will be provided with ample notice so that you are able to plan accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

At least two (2) years' experience working in a Financial Institution.
At least one (1) years' direct experience with Loan Processing.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Displays a clear ability to calmly and independently resolve conflict in a professional manner.
Demonstrates superior organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to successfully balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Utilizes a high degree of discretion, judgement, tact and professionalism, both in person and on the phone.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least four (4) years of Financial Institution experience is preferred.
Experience working within a Credit Union is preferred.
