Full Job Description

Job Overview

This position will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Director’s efforts as well as the local retail operations. The marketing coordinator helps to implement plans to help market a company's services or products by coordinating meetings, organizing teams and maintaining marketing content. Coordinate all marketing efforts to maximize sales.

Responsibilities

● Creating and maintaining an evolving marketing calendar covering a period of 3-6 months for retail specials, marketing campaigns, marketing asset deliverable, industry campaigns and special projects

● Event coordination including photograph events. Optimize, and install homepage banners for vendor spotlights.

Optimize, and install mobile banners.

● Daily website check-in for optics and functionality

● Coordinate with COO for small detail projects adding to the calendar for visibility

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing

Experience: Prior intern experience in a similar role

Familiarity with AI Technology

Knowledge of Cannabis and it’s profiles and effects

Technical expertise with Canva

Skills and Certifications:

Preferred Prior experience in Cannabis would be preferred. Familiarity with Dutchie interface for cannabis menu items.

● Any Dutchie catalog & site revisions we need to do

● Create postings including publishing timely posts weekly to maintain audience engagement.

● Collaborate with the COO, Director of Retail, and staff to share real-time stories during events and promotions, creating an authentic and interactive experience for followers.

Assist in the development of a Career and Culture page on the employee website including a job posting interface with external posting sites.

● Event coordination including photograph events. Optimize, and install homepage banners for vendor spotlights.

Implement seasonal themes and decorations for the store, including:
Mannequins with themed props, podcast room, etc.
Themed extension caps, signage, and in-store monitors.
Monitor design, optimization, and distribution in a strategic way across the store to maximize performance and increase sales.
Maintain and update store design to reflect SEED’s ongoing promotions and brand
Make use of Marketing Planner to better coordinate with staff awareness & timely installation
Ensure Canva menu template ready for inventory
strategy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of in-store changes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing

Experience: Prior intern experience in a similar role

Familiarity with AI Technology

Knowledge of Cannabis and it’s profiles and effects
