Position Overview

Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rentals is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the Hochatown vacation rental industry who enjoys customer service, organization, and administrative support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest communications, assisting with reservations, maintaining property information, supporting administrative functions, and helping ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
Monitor and respond to emails, text messages, and online communications
Manage reservations and guest bookings
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after guest stays
Data entry and record maintenance
Filing and general administrative support
Update and maintain property information across multiple platforms
Assist with website updates and content management
Coordinate communication between guests, owners, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support daily office operations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in vacation rental or property management
Knowledge of the Hochatown / Broken Bow market preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional phone etiquette
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail

Technical Skills

Experience with the following is preferred:

Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Reservation and property management software
Website content management systems
Online booking platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Escapia, Streamline, Guesty, or similar systems

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new software platforms quickly
