Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Social Director and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) Lifestyle Coordinator to support a discerning principal in managing an active, high-profile social and lifestyle calendar. This is a full-time, highly confidential role for an ultra-high-net-worth individual. The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor, seamless companion, and strategic coordinator—ensuring every social engagement, event, and lifestyle experience is executed with sophistication, discretion, and excellence.
This position blends high-level personal assistance, social orchestration, and lifestyle management. It requires someone with presence, charisma, impeccable judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in dynamic, international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Accompaniment & Discreet Entourage: Accompany the client on his social events and provide discreet support as part of a trusted entourage in high-trust environments. This includes 5-star hotels, exclusive cultural events such as the Philharmonic, NBA/NFL sporting events, private dinners, networking functions, and travel excursions,. Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Lifestyle Coordination: Design and manage a personalized social and lifestyle calendar, including VIP event access, exclusive experiences, travel itineraries, private bookings, and seamless logistics.
- Relationship & Network Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key contacts, venues, and service providers. Handle introductions and follow-ups with tact and confidentiality.
- Daily & Executive Support: Serve as a chief of staff for personal affairs—managing schedules, communications, vendor coordination, and ad-hoc requests across multiple properties or jurisdictions.
- Travel & Experiences: Coordinate luxury travel (private aviation, yachts, international trips) and curate memorable experiences tailored to the principal’s preferences.
- Discretion & Protocol: Uphold absolute confidentiality, anticipate challenges, and ensure all activities align with the principal’s image, security, and lifestyle standards.
Candidate Profile
- Physical Presence: with a polished, professional appearance and commanding yet approachable demeanor. That blends in well in distinguished settings.
- Experience: 5+ years in high-end hospitality, executive/personal assistance, lifestyle management, events, or private service for UHNW, celebrity, or C-suite clients. Prior experience in social coordination or social coordinator -style roles is highly valued. Also if natural ability is sufficient for the role and skills are there this can be adjusted for as long as it is adequate enough for the role.
- Skills & Qualities:
- Ability to communicate clearly with the “client” (your employer) within your role. Also the ability to learn from the client about his job requirements and expectations in your employment role in an accurate and timely manner.
- Exceptional social intelligence, charisma, and conversational ability.
- Strong network or demonstrated ability to navigate elite circles.
- Flawless discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Highly organized with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in travel/logistics, etiquette, and luxury service standards.
- Adaptable to irregular hours, frequent travel, and fast-paced environments.
- Education & Background: All types of educational background welcome.
- Other: Valid passport, (or willing to attain one) clean background, and willingness to undergo comprehensive vetting. Non-smoking preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $240,000 USD (commensurate with experience), plus performance-based commission/bonus structure.

Location: Flexible primary base (with significant domestic/international travel).
