The Glamour Collective is a brand-new, modern salon in Post Falls, Idaho. We are seeking motivated Estheticians and Permanent Makeup Artists who are looking to grow their business in a professional, high-end environment built around independence, long-term growth, and an elevated client experience.
This opportunity is designed for independent beauty professionals who want the freedom to operate their own business while benefiting from the support, branding, visibility, and atmosphere of a luxury salon environment.
You will have access to a private treatment room with a sink, allowing you to create a professional and comfortable experience for your clients while maintaining control over your own schedule, pricing, services, and clientele.
Whether you already have an established client base or are actively building one, our goal is to provide the space, exposure, and environment to help you succeed.
Existing clientele is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Professionals do not need to offer every service listed above. We welcome applicants who specialize in a particular area of esthetics or permanent makeup.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional esthetic and/or permanent makeup services within your area of expertise
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through professionalism, consultation, and customer care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary private treatment room
- Follow all applicable state requirements, sanitation procedures, and professional standards
- Manage your own scheduling, appointments, pricing, services, and clientele
- Continue building and promoting your personal brand and services
- Maintain any licensing, certifications, training, and insurance required for the services you provide
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and collaborative salon culture
Qualifications
- Active Idaho Esthetician license where required for services performed
- Appropriate training, certification, and experience for permanent makeup services offered
- Strong technical skills within your area of expertise
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business operations
- Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, professionalism, and client safety
- Passion for growing your business and delivering an elevated client experience
