Job Title: Director of Admissions
Change Lives. Build Dreams. Grow the Future.
Location: Nathan Layne Institute (Chubbuck, ID) | Aveda Institute Idaho (Boise & Twin Falls)
This Isn’t Just Admissions. It’s Life Changing.
Every student who walks through our doors is making one of the biggest decisions of their life. They’re looking for confidence. A new career. A fresh start. A chance to believe in themselves again. As our Director of Admissions, you’ll lead the team that helps make those dreams possible.
We’re looking for someone who loves people, thrives on building high-performing teams, and gets excited about helping others see what’s possible. This is part sales, part leadership, part coaching, part strategy and 100% about changing lives.
If you believe people deserve someone in their corner who genuinely cares about their future, you’ll fit right in.
Who We Are
Nathan Layne Institute and Aveda Institute Idaho exist for one purpose:
To positively impact people’s lives by developing, training, and coaching in beauty and wellness.
We don’t simply enroll students. We build careers. We build confidence. We build futures.
Our culture is fast-paced, people-focused, growth-minded, and built around the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), giving every team member clarity, accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead an Incredible Team
You’ll coach, develop, and inspire our Admissions Representatives across multiple campuses.
You’ll celebrate wins, remove obstacles, build confidence, and create a culture where people love coming to work because they know they’re making a difference. Success isn’t just measured by enrollment numbers. It’s measured by the lives your team changes every single day.
Create an Admissions Experience People Can’t Stop Talking About
From the first phone call to the first day of class, you’ll ensure every prospective student feels:
· Heard
· Valued
· Encouraged
· Excited about their future
You’ll help turn uncertainty into confidence and questions into action.
Build a High-Performing Admissions Machine. You’ll own the entire admissions strategy by:
· Creating systems that convert leads into students
· Keeping classes full
· Building waitlists for future classes
· Tracking KPIs and performance metrics
· Using data to make smarter decisions
· Improving every step of the student journey
Great admissions doesn’t happen by accident. It happens by design.
Partner with Marketing
Admissions and Marketing are teammates. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create campaigns that attract the right students, generate quality leads, and tell our story in a way that inspires action.
Help Shape the Future of Our Schools
This role goes beyond admissions. You’ll collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, develop new strategies, and help our campuses continue expanding their impact throughout Idaho and beyond.

Our Core Values
Our core values aren’t just motivational posters on a wall; they're our playbook, defining our vibe and how we operate.
PROFESSIONALISM is nailing our work with style and respect by treating folks right and sticking to our word. We show integrity by doing what we say we will do—no room for office soap operas or Eeyore’s.
ALWAYS LEARNING is the sugar in our coffee, whether it's picking up new skills or sharpening them, both at work and at home. We grow as a team so we can win as a team.
COLLABORATION is teamwork on steroids. We share the workload and work through our differences to get us over the finish line. No office politics, entitlement, or scarcity thinking.
STRONG WORK ETHIC means we dive in headfirst, with our eyes on the prize. We show up and make sure we deliver the goods. We're not about slacking off or being late to the game.
Lastly, we are PEOPLE FIRST. When we put people first, the rest falls into place. No matter how busy it gets or how high the stakes feel, we lead with heart. When people feel seen and valued, they show up, speak up, and bring their best. People First teams are more resilient, innovative, and enjoyable to be part of. Around here, people aren't just part of the process- they are the point.
