Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village is Idaho's leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional service, hospitality, and care. We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Lead Dining Server to support our Dining Services team.
Pay starts at $20/hour.
This is a full-time position. You must be available to work holidays, weekends, and evenings as scheduled.
This role combines hands-on service with team leadership, providing excellent table service while guiding and supporting other servers to ensure a smooth, high-quality dining experience.

What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive table service to residents and guests
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and service
- Guide and direct servers during service to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Support team members in completing assigned duties and maintaining standards
- Communicate goals, needs, and service flow throughout each shift
- Assist with dining room setup, service execution, and closing procedures
- Ensure adherence to sanitation, food safety, and service standards
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive dining environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience required; leadership or lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of table service and dining etiquette
- Ability to lead, coach, and support team members in real time
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work evenings and weekends consistently
- Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain within one month)
