You will be responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking, maintaining sanitation standards, building product, dish, and other back of house duties. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. Ultimately, you will play an essential role in contributing to our Guest satisfaction and restaurant growth.

Responsibilities

Ensure preparation station and kitchen is set up and stocked for every shift
Prepare components of each order on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces
Prepare menu items to Guest orders including; flouring chicken, frying chicken, seasoning chicken, etc.
Build / cook menu items based on company guidelines and recipes
Work as a team to keep ticket times within HHC guidelines
Report to Manager and follow instructions
Ensure food prep and storage areas meet health and safety standards at all times
Clean prep area and back of house regularly and completely
Proper procedures for leftovers are carefully and consistently followed
Stock inventory and supplies, including putting away deliveries

Requirements--minimum

High School Diploma or equivalent qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods--preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Aptitude for multi-tasking
Must have a Idaho State Food Handler Card or be able to get these within 14 days of hire

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
