What You’ll Do

As a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), you’ll help children learn, grow, and thrive through play-based, engaging therapy sessions.

You will:

Implement individualized treatment plans under OT supervision
Deliver creative, play-based therapy sessions (30–60 mins)
Empower families with practical, easy-to-use strategies for home carryover
Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants in a supportive environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system
Track and celebrate progress — because every small victory matters!
Participate in community events, parent workshops, and outreach programs

What You Bring

Associate Degree from an accredited COTA program
Current Idaho COTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A natural ability to connect with children and families
