As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strong nurse leader who takes pride in ownership, integrity, and operational excellence.

Position Overview:
The Nurse Administrator / ASC Nurse Manager is a key clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives across one or more ambulatory surgery centers. This is a hands-on, working manager position ideal for an experienced ASC nurse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, partners effectively with providers, and leads with confidence, consistency, and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is compliance-driven, dependable, and proactive, someone who doesn’t just manage standards, but owns them. While strong ASC experience is preferred, on-the-job training will be considered for the right leader with a solid foundation and demonstrated ability to grow quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical & Regulatory Leadership

Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting bodies (CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission, state regulations, etc.)
Maintain continuous survey readiness across assigned facilities
Oversee infection prevention and control programs
Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies and procedures

Operations & Team Leadership

Serve as a hands-on, working manager supporting daily clinical operations
Collaborate closely with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to nursing and clinical teams
Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management
Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset

Quality & Patient Safety

Monitor clinical outcomes, incident reports, and patient safety metrics
Lead root cause analyses and corrective action planning
Foster a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Multi-Facility Support

Provide leadership oversight and clinical support to sister facilities as assigned
Travel between locations as needed to support compliance, training, and operations

Required Qualifications:

Active RN license (state-appropriate)
Minimum of 5 years of ambulatory surgery center experience
Strong working knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
Experience with infection control and quality improvement programs
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Proven ability to work collaboratively with physicians, staff, and leadership
Comfortable functioning as a hands-on, working manager
Willingness to travel to sister facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Nurse Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator in an ASC
Experience leading surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop clinical teams
