Full Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As an Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by answering phones, assisting walk in customers, and managing email requests. This is a fast paced job and quick learning is required, must be willing to adapt to challenges. This position will assist other office staff to meet the needs of our clients. Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills are required. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, greet office guests, collect and sort all mail and packages
Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions and answers to questions
Document management including filing and scanning
Manage, clean and organize front desk and reception area
Process policy payments, address billing and accounting issues
Perform policy changes for customers and provide relevant documentation
Collaborate with team members, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Skills:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, be comfortable with cold calls and following up with customers
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Customer service-oriented with a focus on building strong client relationships
Ability to multi-task and task prioritization is a must
Organization of documents and notes

A current insurance producer's license is preferred but is not required for application, a license will be required for employment.

No prior experience with insurance necessary, but is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
