We are looking for a motivated and skilled Licensed Insurance Producer with commercial experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling a wide range of commercial insurance products, servicing accounts, and contributing to our mission by providing top-tier client service and innovative solutions. This role is essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence and integrity within the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license - Required.
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an insurance producer with a specific focus on commercial lines products - Required!
Current insurance license in Idaho, or the ability to obtain one prior to employment.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, coverages, and the broader insurance market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong rapport with business clients.
Unwavering commitment to ethical principles, integrity, and transparency in all business dealings.
A genuine passion for service and a desire to make a positive impact in the community through professional work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain commercial clients.
Sell a comprehensive range of commercial insurance products to businesses, including property, casualty, liability, and other specialized coverages.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation through to closing deals and ongoing account management.
Provide exceptional, ongoing service to maintain and grow business relationships with existing accounts.
Collaborate with team members to develop new and innovative insurance solutions that align with our faith-based mission.
Stay continuously informed of changes in the insurance market and assess potential impacts on clients.
Educate clients on effective risk management strategies and highlight the benefits of various insurance options.
Participate actively in community and industry-related events to foster relationships and promote our brand values.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
