Doctors and Surgery Centers on Lien. We have a network of doctors, surgery centers, and hospitals that treat personal injury victims on lien. We offer funding for surgery centers and hospital fees and assist in coordinating medical care for clients, including doctor scheduling. WHAT YOU’LL DO

The PI Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily operations within a fast-paced personal injury and medical funding environment. This position partners closely with legal, medical, and internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently, compliantly, and with a high level of accuracy. This is an operations-first role for a hands-on professional with deep familiarity in medical liens and attorney-facing workflows. The ideal candidate is execution-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex processes within a regulated legal environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operational workflows supporting personal injury cases involving medical liens and funding arrangements
Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams, medical providers, and law firms to ensure timely and accurate case progression
Review, draft, and manage legal and funding-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and supporting case materials
Monitor workflow efficiency, identify breakdowns, and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase consistency
Maintain operational visibility across active matters and proactively address issues before they escalate
Support leadership with operational reporting, issue-spotting, and execution of departmental initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

At least two years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a Personal Injury law firm, supporting PI attorneys and medical providers, and coordinating closely between legal and medical teams.
Candidates must reside within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
Managed at least 5 staff.
Strong working knowledge of attorney communication standards and legal documentation expectations
Proven ability to manage contracts and complex legal documentation
Seasoned professional with management experience, Fixing breakdowns in
process/SOPs, start up.
High attention to detail with strong judgment and follow-through
Advanced organizational, analytical, time-management and communication skills

BENEFITS

Compensation: Earning potential $85,000 to $110,000+ annually
Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 annually (depending on experience & state residency as we have positions available across the county).
Performance Bonus: $5,000-$10,000 annually is what employees who meet their performance goals typically get and top performers having the opportunity to earn more
