The Company
Deep Sentinel is a breakthrough, next-generation physical security company that combines state-of-the-art technology, artificial intelligence and real-time video monitoring and human guards to prevent crime in real-time. No other security company provides this for homes AND businesses.
Trusted by hundreds of security integrators and thousands of businesses across the U.S., Deep Sentinel’s patented AI system adds real-time video monitoring and live human guards to passive security cameras, turning almost any security system into part of Deep Sentinel's exclusive crime-stopping network. The result: preventing thousands of crimes each month. Deep Sentinel is truly proactive, intervening on potential criminal activity before it happens. Deep Sentinel is literally the only security system that predicts then prevents incidents before they happen.
The Position
This is a unique opportunity to help fuel one of Deep Sentinel’s fastest-growing revenue channels by guiding prospective customers from initial engagement through signed agreement, then delivering fully qualified, contract-ready customers to our Channel Partners for seamless onboarding and installation. You’ll do this by converting the steady stream of inbound opportunities generated by our marketing team while also creating new opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting. You won’t just be taking orders — you’ll be diagnosing real security needs for homes and businesses, presenting technology that’s redefining what security can do, and closing deals that directly fuel Deep Sentinel’s growth. You’ll work closely with our in-house Partner team to make sure every deal you close translates into an installed, protected customer. If you want to be measured by real numbers — quota attainment, conversion, and closed revenue — and you want your work to matter beyond a spreadsheet, this is that role.
Th Job
- Respond promptly to and close inbound sales leads generated by our marketing and advertising campaigns via phone, email, text, and virtual sales presentations.
- Proactively prospect and generate your own outbound opportunities in addition to processing inbound l lead flow.
- Run discovery and virtual demos to understand each prospect’s security needs and present the right Deep Sentinel solution.
- Prepare and deliver accurate hardware and monthly service quotes.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial lead engagement through closed business, delivering fully qualified, contract-ready customers to Channel Partners for onboarding and deployment.
- Log all activity, opportunities, and follow-ups in HubSpot.
- Maintain and mine your pipeline so slower-moving leads keep getting touched, not just the easy wins.
- Partner cross-functionally with our in-house Partner team to hand off closed deals to the right authorized channel partner, ensuring a clean, accurate close for a smooth installation handoff.
- Collaborate with marketing, providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Consistently hit monthly quota targets built to responsibly scale Deep Sentinel’s business.
- Report to management on activity levels, call/e-mail/presentation volume as well as providing customer feedback, objections, and identified market trends.
Are You a Good Fit?
You’re a natural closer who thrives on consultative selling — you ask the right questions, listen more than you pitch, and know how to guide a prospect to a decision without being pushy. You’re just as comfortable working a warm inbound lead as you are picking up the phone to build your own pipeline. You’re organized and disciplined about your CRM hygiene, and you don’t let a lead go cold just because it’s moving slowly — you know how to mine a pipeline and keep every deal warm. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment — adapting quickly as our sales process evolves. You’re coachable, high-energy, and genuinely excited by security technology. You collaborate well across teams, whether that’s giving marketing feedback on lead quality or partnering with our Partner team to make sure a deal closes cleanly.
