Restaurant Manager

Snakebite Restaurant – Idaho Falls, ID

100 Proof Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team at Snakebite. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in hospitality, and wants to help lead one of Idaho Falls’ most established restaurants.

Snakebite has been part of the Idaho Falls dining scene for over two decades. Since acquiring the restaurant in 2022, our group has relocated and rebuilt the concept across the street with a larger bar, upgraded facility, and a focus on quality food, regional beer, and strong hospitality.

We’re looking for a manager who can help lead the floor, develop the team, and ensure a consistently great guest experience.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strong guest experiences
Support, coach, and develop front-of-house staff
Maintain high standards for service, hospitality, and cleanliness
Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
Work with ownership and leadership on daily operations and team development
Help maintain labor goals and operational efficiency
Assist with scheduling, staff training, and shift leadership

What We're Looking For

2+ years of restaurant management or strong leadership experience
Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment
Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first approach
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Organized, dependable, and able to handle busy service periods
Experience with POS systems and restaurant operations
