Employment Training Specialist Part-Time – Mon-Fri 9-1

As an Employment Training Specialist, you'll work one-on-one with individuals who have secured employment, providing job coaching, encouragement, advocacy, and skill development. What You'll Do

Provide direct job coaching and support to individuals employed in community workplaces.
Help clients develop vocational skills and workplace success strategies.
Advocate for clients and support their growth toward greater independence.
Collaborate with employers, families, and support teams.
Encourage, motivate, and celebrate client achievements.

Schedule

This is a part-time position (up to 29 hours per week). Hours are based on client needs and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, and occasional schedule changes with 24-hour notice.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of experience in vocational rehabilitation, special education, teaching, counseling, human services, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to pass a Health & Welfare criminal background check.
