Position Summary
FyberCom is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the day-to-day accounting operations of a fast-growing fiber and fixed wireless internet service provider operating across Eastern Idaho and expanding markets. This role owns the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, the integrity of the general ledger, and the accuracy of financial reporting used by executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and private equity ownership.
The Controller will manage the accounting function, strengthen internal controls, and act as the CFO's primary partner in ensuring financial records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready — while also building the processes and team needed to support FyberCom's continued growth, including capital-intensive construction activity, grant program compliance, PE sponsor reporting, and potential M&A due diligence.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants ownership of the accounting close and reporting infrastructure at a company scaling quickly.
