Primarily Work from Home | No Evenings or Weekends Required | Flexible Scheduling

Do you have experience supporting children or adults living with autism or developmental disabilities?

If you're looking for meaningful work that makes a real difference while offering the flexibility to primarily work from home, Liberty Healthcare invites you to consider our Independent Assessor position.

In this role, you'll help individuals access valuable home and community-based services that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, build meaningful connections with families, and contribute to an important statewide program.

What You'll Do

As an Independent Assessor, you will:

Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings with children and adults living with autism and developmental disabilities
Interview family members, guardians, and caregivers
Administer structured assessments
Prepare professional reports and recommendations
Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion

Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
