Position Summary

Riverbend Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality repair, maintenance, and improvement services for residential and commercial buildings. This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, and enjoys working independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of handyman services with a high level of quality and attention to detail
Complete carpentry projects including repairs and light construction
Repair and finish drywall
Perform interior and exterior painting
Install and repair flooring
Assist with remodeling projects
Install and repair cabinetry
Repair and replace windows and doors
Conduct general property maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with management and team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Construction experience
Strong working knowledge across multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, collaborative, and positive attitude

Work Schedule & Environment

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, some weekend work required
Flexible, independent work structure with team support
Positive, collaborative work environment
Out of town work required
