Full Job Description

Product Evaluations, Inc. is a full-service market research firm located in Oak Brook, IL, specializing in foodservice. We currently have a Telephone Interviewer/Survey Rep role available, ideally seeking individuals with market research telephone experience (interviewing for surveys, recruiting for tests, focus groups, etc.). This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours per week to start.

This role is responsible to call respondents, conduct surveys on the phone or set appointments for online surveys and research sessions. No sales are involved.

Skills of the successful candidate include:

· Telephone interviewing or recruiting experience

· Experience with computers and online browsers/tools

· Excellent communication skills (with internal teams and over the phone)

· Precise attention to details

· A positive, team player attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Office hours M-F between 8am-5pm (flexible up to 20 hours/week to start, more hours possible), and a casual environment.

NOTE

-This is an in-person role. We do not offer relocation or the ability to work remotely.

-You must live in the Chicago area and have use of a car for daily commute.

-Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
