Senior Residential Property Manager

Compensation for this role is $29 to $33/hr. commensurate with experience.

What You’ll Own

As a Senior Property Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of your community by delivering exceptional experiences to residents while driving operational excellence.

You’ll lead by example in:

Delivering legendary customer service
Building a positive, engaged community
Leasing apartments and maximizing occupancy
Developing, coaching, and motivating your team
Creating unforgettable move-in experiences
Resolving resident concerns with urgency and empathy
Managing budgets and financial performance
Driving rent collections and minimizing delinquency
Maintaining curb appeal and property standards
Partnering with maintenance to ensure homes are move-in ready
Building relationships with vendors and community partners
Ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
Foster harmony in the workplace and promote a positive image of the company.
Any other tasks as directed by the team member’s direct supervisor

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of multifamily property management experience
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate using clear, professional language
Experience leading onsite teams
Strong leasing and resident retention background
Budget and financial management experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Experience with Yardi, CRMIQ, or similar property management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Flexibility to work occasional overtime periods and assist with other communities as needed
Availability to work Tuesdays through Saturdays
Willingness to perform all duties in a manner that is:
- Professional and ethical
- Consistent with company practices, policies, and procedures
- In compliance with applicable legal and Fair Housing regulations
