Full Job Description

Seasonal Package Room Attendant

Chicago, IL

Pay Rate COE: $20.00 PH

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and log incoming packages with attention to detail.
Organize packages by resident and apartment number to facilitate quick retrieval.
Respond to resident inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
Maintain package room cleanliness and organization.
Adhere to building protocols for package security and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
