The Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipes and electrical systems equipment to contribute to the production of high-quality food products in compliance with company standards. </p><p></p><div><div><div><p><b><span>As a Maintenance Technician your responsibilities will include:</span></b><span> </span></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Visually inspect and<span> </span></span><span>tests</span><span><span> </span>machinery and equipment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Trouble shooting and repairing equipment by<span> </span></span><span>identifying</span><span><span> </span>issues with machines.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Documenting work orders using CMMS</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Repairs and<span> </span></span><span>maintains</span><span><span> </span>the physical structure of the building.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Set up and<span> </span></span><span>operate</span><span><span> </span>machine tools such as grinder, lathe, drill press, cutting<span> </span></span><span>torches</span><span><span> </span>or welding equipment. Repairs or fabricates machine parts, jigs and fixtures, and tools.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span><span>Performs PMs (Preventive Maintenance) and PD.M.
