Summary/Objective:
We are currently seeking a Recruiter/Onsite Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong social/communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and strong leadership skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time with possibility to full - time position with 30-40+ hours per week, including occasional weekend work and overtime. The role will involve recruiting for our Shorewood IL clinet and overseeing managing the temp staff at the location. The Onsite will work closely with management and the client to ensure timely fulfillment of orders with qualified candidates. Additionally, the onsite will work out of the client site as needed to ensure excellent customer service. Ensuring that candidates are onboarded and compliant will also be part of the onsites responsibilities.

Requirements for this position include:
● At least 2 years of related experience
● 3 years of Recruiting or Onsite Experience in 3PL accounts
● Bilingual in Spanish Required
● Detailed oriented (Payroll)
● Communication skills with clients and associates
● Strong Leadership Skills
● Minimal supervision needed
● Exceptional customer service skills
● Strong relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills
● Strong knowledge of and comfort level in Office and production work environments

Recruiter Duties:
- Recruit Potential Candidates: Use different avenues to increase the number of applicants.
- Place job postings on various job boards.
- Contact current employees to inform them of our open positions and ask for referrals.

Pre-Screen
- Ensure candidates meet basic requirements; of legal age, can legally work in the U.S., etc.
- Review basic work experience.
- Provide employees a brief overview of our positions.
- Determine if we might possibly employ the candidate.
- Schedule candidates to come in and apply. Run Background and Drug test if needed.
- Applicant Processing: Recruiters place all applicants through the Cor-Tech DBA Jobsrus.com onboarding process.
Pre-App
- Provide all applicants with a pre-app, outlining basic information needed.
Interview
- Ask employees a series of questions to determine eligibility to work with Cor-Tech DBA Jobsrus.com.
- Follow best practices to gage level of experience and fitment to our client’s needs.
- Make final determination on moving forward with the candidate.
Processing Applications
- Enter basic information provided on pre-app into P.R. to generate offer letters.
- Once an offer letter is signed, have on-boarding specialists assign workflows.
- Follow clients onboarding guidelines if applicable.
- Get final confirmation that the applicant is approved to be sent to work.
Order Fulfillment:
- All orders must be filled with the most qualified candidates.
- Call potential candidates.
- Call candidates who have completed the on-boarding process and best fit the open position.
- After speaking with candidates, make final determination if an employee will be assigned to the open position.
- Provide candidates with all the information needed for the assignment.
- Confirm the arrival of the employee with client or employee
- Payroll Issues/Discrepancies: Recruiters must address all payroll issues reported by employees.
- Gather all needed information
- Collect assignment information to know if we need to reach out to the client or onsite.
- Have employees provide as much information as possible regarding what they worked, including in/out times and dates.
- Make final determination if an employee is owed hours.
- Start the process of getting any owed hours paid.
- Employee relations: Address any issues reported by employees.
- Determine what the issue is.
- Ask questions to find out the issue the employee is having.
- Inform the needed personnel and/or direct them to the proper person; upper management, H.R., etc.
- Daily Admin work
Conduct admin work assigned, including but not limited to; assignment changes, direct deposits, employee information changes, assign new documents, etc. Complete any sick pay if needed, help candidates’ complete workflows, maintain an organized and clean work space, communicate when help is needed, communicate when supplies are needed.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
