Full Job Description

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Paramedic for a 13-week travel assignment supporting 911 emergency response services. The selected candidate will work a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

· Provide emergency medical care and treatment during 911 emergency responses.

Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients in emergency situations.
Perform appropriate advanced life support interventions within scope of practice.
Administer medications and treatments as indicated.
Safely transport patients and provide ongoing care during transport.
Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Communicate effectively with emergency department staff, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow hospital, EMS, and patient-safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of recent Paramedic experience.

Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Active Indiana or Compact Paramedic license.
Previous travel assignment experience required.
Strong emergency response and patient-care skills.

· Meditech experience preferred.

Reference from a direct supervisor within the last 12 months is required.

Any Specific Mandate skill required

· Paramedic experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty.

· 911 Emergency Response: Experience handling emergency/911 response situations.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
