What You'll Do

As an EMT-B Medical Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring donor safety while providing exceptional patient-focused care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

Perform donor health screenings and eligibility evaluations
Assess donor suitability through medical history reviews
Monitor vital signs and donor well-being throughout the donation process
Respond appropriately to donor reactions and medical events following established procedures
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Ensure compliance with FDA, company, and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Deliver outstanding customer service and patient care
Support a safe, professional, and welcoming donor experience

QualificationsRequired

Active EMT-Basic (EMT-B) certification
Current CPR/AED certification
Strong patient care and communication skills
Ability to work in a healthcare or clinical environment
Ability to assess situations quickly and respond appropriately
