Customer Support Coordinator / Dispatcher

Raytown, MO (On-Site)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$20–$25/hour + Benefits based on experience and performance

What You’ll Own

This role is the heartbeat of our service operation:

Answer incoming calls and emails with urgency and professionalism
Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently (right tech, right time)
Troubleshoot basic issues with customers over the phone
Manage service tickets inside our system (create, update, close)
Coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal team
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks—you close the loop
Keep jobs on track and customers informed at all times
