Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role involves providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable experiences for our guests, fostering loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
Maintain accurate reservation records and assist with room assignments to optimize occupancy
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to answer inquiries and provide information
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards
Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts, and preparing reports for management
Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience
Uphold guest relations by providing personalized service tailored to individual needs
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and hospitality standards at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally
Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest engagement
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts or peak times
Prior experience in resort or hotel environments is advantageous but not required
A passion for hospitality management and delivering outstanding guest services
