WHAT YOU WILL DO
Nine-Star UA Members may be assigned to commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, event, or other client locations based on operational needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Protecting client property, personnel, guests, and designated areas
- Helping deter theft, vandalism, trespassing, unauthorized entry, and other security concerns
- Monitoring entrances, exits, and access-controlled areas
- Conducting routine foot or vehicle patrols
- Observing and reporting suspicious activity, safety hazards, and policy violations
- Maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies within the scope of your training
- Providing professional customer service to clients, employees, residents, visitors, and guests
- Following site-specific post orders and company procedures
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, team members, and emergency personnel when necessary
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty
- Arriving on time, prepared, properly uniformed, and ready to perform assigned duties

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Have reliable transportation to assigned work locations
- Have a reliable method of communication
- Be able to communicate effectively in person and in writing
- Be able to perform the physical requirements associated with assigned security duties
- Be willing to complete required company training
- Meet all applicable state and company requirements for assigned security duties
- Be able to maintain professional conduct and appearance while representing
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
