Up to $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified Candidates

We are a family-owned company known for quality workmanship, strong relationships, and taking care of our people. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an HVAC Project Coordinator who can support our field teams, keep projects on track, and ensure every customer and builder has a great experience from start to finish.

Your Role:

As our HVAC Project Coordinator, you’ll be the hub that keeps everything moving. You will:

Coordinate residential HVAC projects from scheduling through completion
Serve as the main point of contact between crews, builders, and internal teams
Track project timelines, materials, and job progress
Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders regarding schedules and updates
Assist with planning and organizing daily and weekly job schedules
Ensure projects meet company quality standards and local code requirements
Help resolve job site issues when plans meet real-world conditions
Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Support field supervisors and project managers as needed

You’ll work closely with our operations and field teams to make sure each project runs efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or project coordination (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction or HVAC plans (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders as needed (occasional site visits)
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
Google Suites and computer literacy (preferred)
