Full Job Description

Must have previous management experience in wireless carrier retail stores to be considered.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Verizon Wireless retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the Verizon Wireless retail store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee performance.
Train, develop, and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Analyze sales reports and take appropriate action to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked with merchandise.
Maintain knowledge of current Verizon Wireless products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Verizon Wireless policies and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees.
Manage and maintain accurate records of store inventory, sales, and expenses.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in wireless or telecommunications industry.
Proven ability to lead and develop a successful sales team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales reports and develop strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Knowledge of Verizon Wireless products and services is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, stocking shelves, and moving merchandise.
