Full Job Description

Investigator

Highly-rated, private investigations firm seeking talented individual to join our team. Duties and responsibilities of an investigator include research and analysis of confidential information supporting legal cases, business problems, and personal situations.

Candidates will be responsible for conducting casework from initial assignment through finalization of results with clients. Candidates will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting research, as well as regularly communicating with multiple clients via phone and in writing. Case assignments also may include fieldwork outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, as well as requiring some local or U.S. travel.

Qualifications/Skills: Must consent to a full background check. College degree preferred. Must have at least two years of work experience. Underwriting, research, or paralegal experience is strongly preferred.

Strong verbal communication skills required. Must be excited about being on the phone daily with clients, vendors, and other team members.
Ability to efficiently process information and utilize problem-solving skills.
Time management skills are a must.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively both independently, as well as with a team.
Advanced computer skills required.
Successful candidates will take ownership of assignments and will possess professional skills including strong attention to detail and above-average writing/editing skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Salary is commensurate with experience.
