Prevounce Health, a fast-growing healthcare technology company based in Indianapolis, is seeking an onsite Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist to join its dynamic team. This versatile role balances daily financial operations—such as processing accounts payable/receivable and managing Stripe billing—with key administrative tasks and customer support. Prevounce is a dynamic technology company, not a traditional medical practice. As demand for remote care continues to rise, we are expanding our team to support healthcare providers in navigating this evolving landscape.

The Role

We are actively seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing accounting responsibilities with administrative and customer support duties. You'll play an important role in managing daily financial operations while also helping support our office, customers, and internal teams.

This is a onsite position in Indianapolis. We value the collaboration and rapid problem-solving that is best achieved when our team is working together in person.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping & Accounting

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable using Quickbooks.
Prepare and send customer invoices.
Record and reconcile financial transactions.
Monitor outstanding customer balances and assist with collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Process payments, refunds, and subscription billing updates in Stripe.

Administrative Support

Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
Respond to general customer billing and account questions.
Maintain organized financial and administrative records.
Assist with other office duties and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or coursework in accounting, business, or related field is a plus.
2+ years bookkeeping, accounting, administrative, or office support experience preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred.
Experience with Stripe or other online billing platforms is a plus.
