IT Systems Support Analyst

Edwards Electrical & Mechanical is looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst to join our Home Office team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on technical support for employees across multiple locations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with technology deployments, and help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for employee IT support requests
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and communication issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
Perform new employee onboarding and employee offboarding
Deploy software updates, patches, and system upgrades
Manage company mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools
Document support requests and maintain accurate service records
Work with vendors to resolve technical issues when necessary
Train end users and create documentation to improve technology adoption
Travel occasionally to remote offices for IT support and equipment installation

What We're Looking For

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
1–5 years of experience providing end-user technical support
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team

Experience with:

Windows 10 & Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Autodesk products
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
iPhones and iPads
Copiers and multifunction printers
Web conferencing platforms
TCP/IP networking
DHCP, DNS, and VPNs
UniFi wireless networking
Meraki security appliances
