Full Job Description

Your future role at a glance:

Location: Remote (Must be located near Indianapolis, IN)

Department/Specialty: Accounts Payable

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm EST

Salary Range: $21.31-$28.84 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role:

Process, research, and resolve supplier invoice exceptions to facilitate timely payments.
Knowledge of 2-way and 3-way matching for invoice processing.
Knowledge of processing invoices utilizing purchase orders.
Collaborate with business partners and suppliers to resolve complex invoice exception issues
Review supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with open invoices

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional requirements you'll need:

Experience with Microsoft Windows, multi-screen setups, and web browser navigation
Ability to complete training and perform duties in a remote workstation environment
Strong self-discipline, organization, and ability to work independently
