The Store Director is responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including client experience, team development, operations, inventory management, community engagement, and brand execution. This role serves as the face of the business, creating an elevated styling experience while driving revenue growth and developing a high-performing team. This position is for a new store opening in the Bottleworks District in early Fall.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sales, conversion, average sale value (ASV), units per transaction (UPCs), and others.
- Create action plans to achieve goals.
- Lead by example through exceptional personal sales performance and styling expertise.
- Ensure team members consistently utilize styling, bridging, and clienteling techniques to maximize opportunities.
- Review business trends and adjust strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
Client Experience & Styling Excellence
- Deliver an elevated, personalized styling experience for every client.
- Coach team members on complete outfit styling, product knowledge, and relationship-building.
- Maintain a culture centered around hospitality, confidence-building, and exceptional service.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and key community members.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular coaching conversations and performance reviews.
- Provide ongoing training focused on sales, styling, operations, and client experience.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-energy team culture.
- Develop future leaders through mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and company standards.
Clienteling & Community Engagement
- Oversee client outreach initiatives including personalized follow-up, appointment booking, and event invitations.
- Drive private styling appointments and Girls Night Out (GNO) bookings.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Execute store events, pop-ups, and networking opportunities that increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Support social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
Operations & Inventory Management
- Ensure store standards, merchandising, and visual presentation remain exceptional.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, receiving, and stock organization.
- Maintain operational excellence through execution of opening, closing, and daily procedures.
- Identify operational efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Marketing & Brand Representation
- Serve as a brand ambassador within the local community.
- Support social media content creation and store marketing efforts.
- Promote events, launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure brand standards are reflected in all aspects of the client experience.
Please note that this position requires weekend availability, and will be hired for a new opening in early Fall. **Must be available to work during all hours of operations, including weekends**
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
