Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4pm (Start times vary depending on travel schedule)
How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Travel Breakdown (65% Total):

Overnight Travel (40%): Includes hotel/lodging paid by the company, meal reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, plus a $125 per-night bonus for every night spent away.

Local Travel (25%): Typically within an hour of the Indianapolis office. Company vehicles may be available for local travel; applicable mileage reimbursement is provided when using a personal vehicle.
Provides patient testing and assessment as needed including Stress Testing with EKG, Body Composition, Muscular Fitness, and Movement assessment.
Plans and teaches exercise therapy for patients utilizing test data, patient status and current medication regimen. Monitors patient’s response and revises exercise prescription plan accordingly.
Recognizes contraindications and abnormal patient responses to exercise. Responds appropriately to all situations including exercise cessation and referral to medical professionals.
Ensures department equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning correctly.
Prepares, develops, and maintains various files, records and patient reports
What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Certification specializing in Sports Medicine preferred.

Exercise Physiologist credentialed from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) preferred.
Education:

Bachelor's degree required.

Master's degree preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in one of the Exercise Majors preferred

EKG Certification or EKG background preferred.
