This Isn't a Traditional Photography Job
Photography is only part of what makes someone successful at Picture Pros.
Our photographers also create an outstanding customer experience.
You'll spend the day interacting with parents, answering questions, explaining our products, and helping families purchase memories they'll cherish for years to come.

If you're looking for a photography-only position with very little customer interaction, this probably isn't the right fit.
Success in this role depends just as much on your ability to connect with people as it does on your ability to take great photographs.
Compensation
This is a performance-based, commission earning position.
Picture Pros offers a minimum event protection of $375 for qualifying full events OR your earned commission, whichever is greater.
Example
- Earn $300 in commission → Receive $375
- Earn $650 in commission → Receive $650
There is no cap on your earning potential.
Your income is directly connected to your performance, customer engagement, and sales results.

What You'll Do
- Photograph organized youth sports team photos
- Organize athletes and coaches efficiently
- Capture sharp, professional team images
- Distribute ordering materials and photo proofs
- Engage with parents throughout the event
- Explain available photo packages and products
- Assist customers with completing purchases
- Track assigned teams, sales activity, and event progress
- Communicate with your Event Manager throughout the day
- Assist with setup, breakdown, equipment loading, printing, and general event operations
- Represent Picture Pros with professionalism and energy

Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A DSLR or mirrorless camera
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability
- Confidence speaking with parents and customers
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and direct sports teams
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry photography equipment
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather
- Willingness to work in a commission-based environment
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Schedule & Travel
Most assignments take place on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Events may include:
- Early mornings
- Long event days
- Outdoor working conditions
- Local travel throughout Indiana
- Occasional overnight travel
- Multi-day tournaments
- Opportunities to travel throughout the Midwest
Weekend availability is required.
Travel flexibility is strongly preferred and may provide additional earning opportunities.
