Overview
Join our vibrant wellness team at Zona Azul as a Wellness Front Office Concierge, where your energetic and welcoming attitude will set the tone for an exceptional client experience. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive environment that promotes health, relaxation, and well-being. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving wellness community dedicated to making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously while handling inquiries promptly
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and coordinate bookings using office management software and our EHR
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records with high attention to detail
Professional attire or scrubs required appopriate for clinic setting. A polished personal presentation daily is mandatory.
Support daily office operations including clerical duties, document preparation, and ensuring a clean, organized front desk environment
Assist with prescriptions, lab orders, patient flow and learning our services offered and be able to promote them with a positive and engaging attitude.
Provide support for wellness programs by managing client check-ins, follow-ups, and supporting event logistics
Sales experience is valuable.
Must be flexible to a changing and growing clinic. Looking for a candidate who wants to grow with our team.

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and time management abilities
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) .
Strong customer service skills with exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
Bilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse client populations effectively but not required
Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, and proofing documents
Experience in medical receptionist roles is a plus and or sales, demonstrating familiarity with appointment scheduling and client confidentiality
Personal assistant or office support experience that highlights calendar management, data entry accuracy, and multitasking skills
