Location: Hybrid / In LA Office at least 3 days a week
Company: T Palmer Agency*Must be located in Los Angeles (traveling to Arts District)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

T Palmer Agency is looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about bringing trade show booths, conferences, and exhibits to life. If you're highly organized, solutions-driven, and love seeing large-scale events come together, we'd love to meet you.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee multiple client projects from kickoff through onsite execution, ensuring every event is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. This role requires exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing vendors, production schedules, logistics, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple trade shows, conferences, and exhibit booth projects simultaneously.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, production schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate booth fabrication, graphics, shipping, installation & dismantle (I&D), and show services.
Collaborate with designers, fabricators, production partners, venues, and exhibitors.
Manage event logistics including freight, material handling, labor, AV, electrical, internet, furnishings, and signage.
Review floor plans, exhibitor manuals, and venue requirements to ensure compliance.
Track project deliverables and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Coordinate onsite event execution, including travel to conferences and trade shows as needed.
Prepare client proposals, production documents, and post-event reports.
Ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining agency quality standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing trade shows, conferences, exhibits, or experiential marketing events.
Strong understanding of trade show operations, booth production, and event logistics.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working directly with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management software such as Monday.com, Asana, Slack, or similar is a plus.
Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% throughout the year.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
