The General Manager manages operations and staff, including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs, and systems, while promoting ethical business practices and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The General Manager is a confident decision-maker, highly experienced in customer contact, employee management, business and financial management, employee motivation, and communication.

· Manages all day-to-day restaurant operations focusing on delivering an outstanding Guest experience; directly supervises and supports managers and team members.

· Effectively executes all brand and Company standards through managing and coaching team members and managers.

· Interact with delivery services and guests to ensure a positive guest experience measured by the speed of service and Blazin Rewards.

· Work with marketing to identify opportunities to drive sales and implement innovative approaches to maintain competitiveness

· Determines the restaurant's current and future staffing needs to ensure an adequate number of talented team members are available to deliver a great guest experience.

· Works with the Training Manager, District Manager, and Human Resources to identify, develop, and retain high-potential team members and managers to fill future openings.

· Provide ongoing and honest feedback, coaching, and development to managers and team members.

· Evaluates performance fairly and frequently and holds team members accountable for results.

· Creates a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment for all by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with health guidelines and legal regulations.

· Respond to guest and team member complaints, taking all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into returning guests and retain team members.

· Complete all financial and personnel/payroll related administrative duties in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Comply with and enforce security and safety procedures and programs to protect guests, team members, and guard Company assets.

· Must be able to follow Buffalo Wild Wings, local health department, and CDC guidelines concerning any health crisis, for example, Coronavirus.

· Ensures that all prepared food meets Buffalo Wild Wings' standard of excellence, 100% recipe adherence, and adheres to product sensitivity and packaging guidelines.

· Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by District Manager.

Education, Knowledge and Experience:

· 5 years of management experience and previous restaurant General Manager experience

· Food Handler's Certificate

· Responsible Beverage Service Certificate

· Ability to manage P & L, budgets, and financial projections and analysis

· Knowledge of back-office systems to fulfill management functions (Aloha, Ctuit, NCR)

· Knowledge of Third-Party delivery order systems

Physical Requirements:

· Frequent bending, stooping, and lifting during shift.

· Must be able to walk or stand during shift

· Must be able to hear well amongst loud background noise

· Must be able to lift to 25 pounds at times.
