Position Overview
Evolve Golf is seeking a mechanically inclined Production Print Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role operating and maintaining automated production print equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys working with machines, solving problems in real time, and producing consistent, high-quality output. The right candidate will be comfortable setting up jobs, making mechanical adjustments, monitoring automated equipment performance, and keeping production moving efficiently.
This is not a general labor position. We are looking for candidates with proven mechanical aptitude, production discipline, and the ability to work with speed and accuracy.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, monitor, and support automated production print equipment
- Read and execute work orders accurately and efficiently
- Perform mechanical adjustments, calibrations, and changeovers
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate larger issues appropriately
- Maintain consistent product quality throughout production runs
- Prepare completed orders for shipment
- Keep accurate production records and completed work orders organized
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area at all times
- Prepare materials and tooling for upcoming jobs to minimize downtime
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or certificate from a trade, technical, or vocational program, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse operations, or mechanical work
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment and tools

- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, print production, or equipment operation
- Familiarity with machine setup, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Experience working from production schedules and work orders
- Exposure to graphic design or print software is a plus, but not required
