Job Title: Production Specialist - Image360Job Overview: An Image360 Production Specialist is responsible for creating, assembling, and installing various types of signs and graphics. This role involves a combination of design abilities, technical skills, and manual dexterity, and is crucial in ensuring that all signs are crafted and installed to meet client specifications and industry standards. Production Specialist is a broad spectrum title, team members may have additional or separate specializations and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Layout: Create, design, prepare and layout signs and graphics using specialized software like Adobe Illustrator for customer approval and production. (Design Team Members Only)
- Production: Operate and maintain various sign-making equipment, including vinyl cutters, large-format printers, laminators, lasers/engravers, welders, and CNC routers. Produce signs and graphics using materials such as vinyl, paint, acrylic, metal, and wood.
- Finishing and Quality Control: Perform finishing operations such as weeding, masking, laminating, sanding and mounting of signs/graphics. Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy, alignment, and overall quality.
- Installation: Install signs and graphics at various locations, which may involve working with power tools, and occasionally working with heavy equipment and at heights with ladders/lifts. Coordinate with team members to schedule and execute installations efficiently.
- Customer Service: Manage production timelines and communicate any issues or changes to Project Managers proactively to ensure customer satisfaction with the final products.
- Maintenance and Safety: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, providing daily 2 second improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in professional sign making or a related field.
- Experience with sign production techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training in graphic design or a sign/graphics related field is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Knowledge of electrical systems for illuminated signs.
- Certification in equipment operation or safety (e.g., forklift certification).
Work Environment: This role typically works in an indoor setting but may require outdoor work at Image360 and installation sites. The position may also involve interaction with clients at their place of business, networking events, and proactive site visits.

A background in the sign/graphics business or skilled trades is required

- $18-$30+ hour depending on experience. Annual reviews offers opportunity for pay increases based on proven improvements in throughput, efficiencies and other factors

Schedule:
During normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5:00pm. Image360 is closed on all major holidays. For large projects or busy times, additional hours may be requested.
