Our team of practitioners, therapists, nurses, and staff work collaboratively to deliver compassionate and comprehensive healthcare services.

Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse Supervisor OR Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during the overnight shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced nursing professionals with supervisory skills to lead a dedicated team in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care within regulatory standards.

If Licensed Practical Nurse, IV Certification of 30 contact hours is required.
Rate is according to RN Experience, however will discuss LPN experience in person.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff working during the overnight shift, ensuring adherence to clinical policies and procedures.
Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
Manage medication administration, IV infusions, catheter care, and other complex clinical procedures with precision and safety.
Ensure proper utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.
Conduct regular staff performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and facilitate ongoing training in areas such as infection control, sterile processing, and emergency response.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning, case management, and care coordination for residents with diverse needs including geriatrics, behavioral health, dementia care, and developmental disabilities.
Maintain compliance with state healthcare regulations and long-term care standards while managing care delivery efficiently during overnight hours.

Skills

Extensive clinical experience in critical care settings such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers; experience in emergency medicine or hospital medicine is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Point Click Care.
Strong leadership skills with proven supervisory experience managing nursing teams within long-term care or assisted living environments.
Knowledge of advanced nursing procedures including ventilator management, tube feeding, cardiac catheterization support, and airway management.
Expertise in medication administration, IV insertion/infusion therapy, phlebotomy, and aseptic techniques.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, state healthcare laws, and long-term care regulations ensuring compliance across all operations.
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments through physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations; excellent communication skills for managerial coordination.
