Full Job Description

Job Summary

Looking for someone who is driven and desires to start a career with a lot of growth potential. You need to be good at multitasking and good with computer/booking software applications. We are seeking a compassionate Massage Therapist who is eager to learn new techniques. The ideal candidate will be dependable and enthusiastic about booking and expanding our brand and be willing to train on other modalities if necessary, please be dedicated to providing exceptional client service. This role involves assessing clients needs, creating personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality therapeutic services to promote overall wellness and pain management.

Monday/Wednsday/Saturday are necessary avaiabilty. With Thursday and Friday afternoons optional.

You will have duel position with great earning potential as front desk/and commission employee. This would be a commission based for services + profit sharing opportunity for front desk position.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
Provide a range of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, tailored to each patient's requirements.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to effectively address pain management and promote healing.
Maintain accurate records of treatments, patient progress, and any relevant medical terminology.
Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for all clients, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
Stay updated on the latest techniques and trends in the field of massage therapy

Qualifications:

Valid massage therapy license in accordance with state regulations.
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Proven experience in patient service and assessment within a therapeutic setting.
Familiarity with pain management techniques and occupational health practices is preferred.
Previous experience in a spa environment is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
