As our Banquet Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind turning inquiries into extraordinary events. You’ll connect with clients to understand their vision, craft tailored proposals, and work closely with our operations team to ensure flawless execution. Your ability to blend sales expertise with genuine hospitality will directly shape our reputation and revenue growth.

What You'll Do

Proactively generate new banquet business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
Respond to event inquiries with customized proposals that reflect client needs and budget.
Conduct site tours, showcasing our spaces and amenities to inspire bookings.
Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, layouts, and timelines.
Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client communications in our CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and community functions.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in banquet, catering, or event sales—preferably in a hotel, resort, or event venue.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
