We're looking for Winter, Spring and Summer Engineering Interns to help a funded start-up in Iowa City while learning from a team of experienced technology experts and entrepreneurs.
What you'll be doing
You'll become assimilated into our team of onsite and offshore engineers and work under the guidance of our engineering leadership. As an Intern you will benefit from on the job experience and mentoring while contributing to the design, development, test, deployment and maintenance of production-ready code. Interns will also interact with Product and Design teams. Your participation will provide you with real software engineering experience and directly impact our business value.
What you'll need
Must be able to work at least 2-days a week onsite in Iowa City office.
Must have a BS CS and working toward an advanced Computer Science degree, such as Masters or Ph.D.
Should have experience with C# and .NET framework or willingness to learn along with relational database skills, preferably, MS SQL Server.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Can-do attitude!
Great to have
Full-stack engineering experience include some front-end development.
Mobile experience including mobile web site, native app development in either iOS (Objective-C) or Android (Java).
