About the Role

This is a full-cycle consultative sales position. You'll guide prospective patients from their first inquiry through treatment acceptance while continuing to build long-term relationships through retention, reactivation, and ongoing patient care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, genuinely cares about people, and wants to make a measurable impact every day.

Our approach utilizes Chiropractic BioPhysics® (CBP®), one of the most scientifically researched chiropractic techniques in the world, backed by over 380 peer-reviewed scientific publications that has helped 1000's.

What We're Building & You Will Be A Part Of

Currently serving hundreds of patients each month and growing.
Approximately $1M+ annual practice, scaling toward $3M+.
Planning expansion into multiple locations throughout Orange County.

What You'll Do

Own the complete sales process—from lead generation, speed-to-lead, lead nurturing, consultation, treatment acceptance, financial discussions, follow-up, retention, reactivation, referrals, and long-term wellness care.
Build trust, educate patients, overcome objections, and confidently guide them toward the best decision for their health.
Deliver a world-class patient experience that makes every patient feel genuinely cared for, valued, and excited to continue their care.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of proven consultative sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding performance goals required.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through investment decisions.
Confident handling objections while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow-through.
Coachable, accountable, and goal-oriented.
Healthcare, chiropractic, dental, or patient coordination experience is preferred—but proven sales success and exceptional people skills are what matter most.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

This position also includes scheduled remote lead follow-up on weekends to ensure timely responses to new patient inquiries.
