What’s a typical day as Associate Scientist – Analytical Development? You’ll be:

Developing cell-based, ELISA, HPLC, and/or CE analytical methods for protein biologics
Performing and reviewing routine wet chemistry, immunoassays, SDS-PAGE/CE, and HPLC testing
Writing, reviewing, and revising test methods, SOPs, and performing trending analysis
Leading validation projects and supporting method development initiatives
Participating in regulatory inspections and supporting continuous improvement efforts

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a BS degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field (required)
Bring 5+ years of biotech industry experience in a Quality Control or analytical lab setting
Possess hands-on experience with HPLC, CE, or Potency/ELISA assay methodologies (required)
Are skilled in protein characterization, electrophoresis, chromatography, and assay validation/qualification
Have experience with writing reports, procedures, specifications, GMPs, and regulatory audits
Demonstrate exceptional multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills
Maintain a positive, team-player attitude and excel at building relationships with colleagues and clients
